COMMUNITY-BASED HEALTH PROGRAMS

At the Y, a supportive community is a big part of wellness. At every age and every level of activity, you’ll find people just like you looking to live a little bit healthier.

The YMCA of Greater Omaha’s Community-based Wellness Programs work towards providing solutions to improve quality of life for cancer survivors with LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, those with Parkinson’s with Delay the Disease, and individuals looking to lose weight with Y Weight Loss.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a research-based physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their total health. This program is offered at no cost to any adult cancer survivor.
