We use the information you provide about yourself and others to conduct normal business operations and to update our database comprised of members, program participants, staff, volunteers and others.
From time to time, we share this information (excluding credit/debit card data) with other YMCAs and entities that have products or services consistent with the YMCA mission. Personal information is also provided to state and federal authorities if required, and only if proper credentials and accompanying documentation have been presented by that authority.
We use email addresses provided by YMCA members and program participants for general correspondence and for distributing occasional offers and other relevant YMCA information.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
You can access and update some of your personally identifiable information stored in our database by logging into the system here. Please have your YMCA member or non-member ID# and password ready. If you do not know your ID#, please call your local YMCA.
You may also request updates to your information by contacting your local YMCA. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
