Join the challenge in our app (under the 'Challenges' tile) and track your results in the app manually or by connecting a fitness device.
The top 25% of finishers for each challenge, at each Y location, win their choice of a YMCA water bottle or hat. Participate in one challenge or up to all four challenges - get ready to push yourself! Workouts can be done at the Y or at home.
