March Mania 2023

Member Fitness Challenge  |  March 5-April 1

Everyone who completes the challenge will receive our March Mania t-shirt!

1. Pick up a tracking card at the Welcome Center or track in the YMCA app by joining the challenge. *You must register online or at the Welcome Center even if you are tracking in the app in order to receive your t-shirt.
    
2. Track number of minutes you were physically active for the day. Make sure to join the challenge in the app and link your wearables for easier tracking.
    
3. Tally total minutes for the week—must complete at least 150 minutes of exercise per week, over at least 3 days per week at the YMCA for 4 weeks.
    
4. Turn in completed card at the Welcome Center by Friday, April 7, 2023 to earn your shirt.

*Must be a YMCA member aged 14 years or older to participate.

**Must complete the challenge to receive your shirt.
