Summer fun is on the way for the 2024 Outdoor Aquatic Center season! Our outdoor aquatic adventure will begin on Monday, May 27 – we're already counting down the days until we can splash into summer with you!
Thrilling water slides, a lazy river, toddler slides, zero-depth entry pool and plenty of fun water features await, making it the perfect destination for family fun in the sun.
OUTDOOR AQUATIC CENTER HOURS: beginning Monday, May 27
- Monday-Friday: 1:00-8:00 pm
- Saturday: 11:00 am-7:00 pm
- Sunday: 12:00-7:00 pm
*Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day will be open the regular 1:00-8:00 pm hours.

Outdoor Aquatic Center season passes for the 2024 season will go on sale April 1, 2024 for both YMCA members and non members.
- YMCA members can purchase their season passes in person at the Gretna Crossing YMCA or online. Your current YMCA membership key tag will also be your Outdoor Aquatic Center pass.
- Non members will need to purchase their season pass in person at the Gretna Crossing YMCA. You will be issued a key tag for the Outdoor Aquatic Center.

Entrance to the Outdoor Aquatic Center will be first come, first served until we have determined we are at a safe operational capacity.
No. Day passes must be purchased on the day of your visit.

Parents/guardians must create a non member account for youth 18 & under visiting the Outdoor Aquatic Center with a day pass.
Day passes must be purchased in person at the ticket booth at the Gretna Crossing YMCA the day of your visit.
Season passes may be purchased online and in person at the Gretna Crossing YMCA for YMCA members.
Non-YMCA members, please stop at the Gretna Crossing YMCA to purchase a season pass in person.
The toddler sized slides on the east end of the Outdoor Aquatic Center are for a single rider, except for the family slide where an adult can ride side-by-side with the child (no lap sitting).
The big water slides on the west end of the Outdoor Aquatic Center are single rider slides. Riders must be at least 48" tall and weigh less than 300 pounds.
Safety checks by Aquatics leadership will determine if the Outdoor Aquatic Center has reached capacity.
Youth ages 10 and up who have signed our youth guidelines, may visit the aquatic center alone.

No. Please bring your own towels from home.
No. The Y will provide inner tubes for the lazy river and water slide.
Yes. All patrons entering the Outdoor Aquatic Center will need to pay for a Day Pass or have a Season Pass.
No. Outdoor Aquatic Center Day Passes & Non member Season Passes do not grant admission to the Gretna Crossing YMCA.
No. The Outdoor Aquatic Center is not taking any rentals or parties.
Yes, you can purchase a day pass for the guest. However, if the guest is 18 or under, the guest’s parent or guardian will need to create a non-member account and sign safety waivers prior to the visit.
