Sports Performance Camp

This pre-season sports conditioning camp is designed to enhance overall athleticism, with a focus on speed and agility, as part of your child's pre-season athletic training. Progressive workouts take athletes through 3 separate blocks: balance & coordination, strength & power, and speed & agility. With youth basketball starting January 23 this is the perfect time to start a pre-season program!

November 30-January 16 (6 week session): Member: $75  |  Non member: $115

For 3rd-6th grades - separate classes for boys & girls

  • Wednesdays: 6:00 pm
  • Saturdays: 10:00 am

Personal Training

Certified Trainers help you reach long and short term goals as well as educate you to become self-sufficient with workouts and goal setting. Our trainers have specialties from kettle bells, women’s strength and conditioning to swim - we have a trainer for you! Available in 30 or 60 min. sessions. Contact your YMCA for more info.

Small Group Training

This program offers multiple options to best fit your wants and needs. Group training classes will be offered throughout the week at multiple times, so that you can easily fit them into your busy schedule.
