
LIFT HEAVY THINGS • SQUAT + BENCH PRESS + DEADLIFT

- SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25 (warm-up begins at 8:00 am)
Challenge yourself and sign up for the Lift Heavy Things event! Meet your chosen weight class goal with the three core lifts of squat, bench press and deadlift added together and earn a t-shirt or tank!
- Men: 1000 pounds, 1250 pounds or 1500 pounds
- Women: 450 pounds, 600 pounds or 750 pounds
Entry: All lifters please donate 5 cans of food! Please sign up in advance as there are limited spots open.
