Challenge yourself and sign up for the Lift Heavy Things event! Meet your chosen weight class goal with the three core lifts of squat, bench press and deadlift added together and earn a t-shirt or tank!
- Men: 1000 pounds, 1250 pounds or 1500 pounds
- Women: 450 pounds, 600 pounds or 750 pounds
- Teen Division (15-18 years): Men: 750lb; Women: 450lb
Member: $25 | Non member: $40 (Limited spots are available!)
