It is our philosophy that children learn about their world through hands-on play and exploration. We are sensitive to growth and development of each child, and are mindful of diverse learners as we plan our instruction. Our educators provide guidance and support as children become active thinkers, ask questions about what they are learning, explore and develop their interests as learners, develop positive self esteem, learn about healthy living, and learn to interact positively with one another. 

Our teachers and staff are guided by our four core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility and focus on supporting the families of the children in our care to strengthen and maintain healthy and happy families. We we believe that the quality of children’s experiences while in our care is largely dependent on the quality of our teachers. Therefore, we carefully select our teachers based on their education, experience, passion, and ability to work with children and families. 

We utilize research-based creative curriculum for each age group. This approach to teaching young children uses spontaneity and the ability to see and use everyday opportunities to help children solve problems, explore new materials, find answers to questions all while building relationships. 

Quality early childhood development is dependent on the connection between parents and their care givers, and we know that nothing keeps parents happy like good communication and pictures of their children having fun and learning. Teachers communicate daily with parents to ensure consistency and each location hosts regular parent involvement activities.
