Responding to Community Needs

With 10 locations across the Greater Metro Omaha area serving more than 60,000 members and 35,000 program participants, our geographic footprint of serving the community’s health & wellness needs is large.

And we are recognizing and responding to future community needs as well, planning for new branch builds in Northwest Omaha on 156th & Ida, a coop project in conjunction with Omaha Public Schools to bring a multi-use high school and YMCA to fruition, as well as a new YMCA branch & water park in Gretna, part of a much larger recreational facility that will include sports fields, ponds, nature trails and more. Your support will help the Y deliver these much needed facilities and services to these growing communities.

YMCA & OPS

The new YMCA partnership with Omaha Public Schools at 156th & Ida will provide vast opportunities for the Northwest Omaha community.
