Healthy Kids Day
Join us on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at Stinson Park in Aksarben Village for our FREE Healthy Kids Day event!
The first 750 kids will get a children's goody bag, plus they can get fitted for a FREE bike helmet (first 700 kids; pending size availability), courtesy of Children's Nebraska! Experience everything the Y has to offer and learn about safety & health from the National Safety Council - Nebraska Chapter while having a great time in the park!

Healthy Kids Day is the YMCA’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. The YMCA of Greater Omaha’s Healthy Kids Day celebrates kids’ health and continues to teach healthy habits for kids and families, encourage active play, and inspire a lifetime love of physical activity.
The YMCA partners with the National Safety Council- Nebraska Chapter for the event. The mission of NSCN is to promote safety and health by providing programs, resources, and education to reduce both the personal and economic loss associated with injuries, accidents, and health hazards.
