Here at the Y, we believe in helping people of all exercise levels and abilities to find the best way to maintain a healthy exercise routine. As a member of the Y, you can find the perfect group exercise class for you, including Zumba, Pilates, aqua classes, and yoga, just to name a few of the over 570 free fitness classes.

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy interval training class combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

BODYCOMBAT™ is a fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

BODYVIVE™ is a low-impact, full body workout that uses balls, tubing and body weight to boost fitness and core strength.

Cardio Variety utilizes hand held weights, step, kickboxing and cardio dance to increase muscular endurance and strength.

Core & More will tone you from the inside out, integrating your core with every move. Workout using step, hand held weights, stability ball, pilates-based moves and much more. Use your core like never before!

Cycling is an aerobic/anaerobic workout on a stationary bike designed for all fitness levels.

Express Cycle offers a 30 minute express workout for beginners or those on the go.

Group Cycle is an aerobic/anaerobic workout on a stationary bike designed for all fitness levels.

Hip-Hop is an upbeat class that combines moves and music of Hip-Hop dance with the cardiovascular power of aerobics.

Hip-Hop & Step is a 90 minute cardio explosion. The first 30 minutes of the workout incorporates height adjustable steps and simple movements on, over and around the step. The remaining 60 minutes is an upbeat class with the power of aerobics and sizzling dance moves.

Insanity® Are you ready for the most heart pumping, muscle shredding, sweat dripping, high intensity cardio workout? Insanity is based on Max Interval Training where you will be pushed to your maximum level of exertion for 3 minute intervals, separated by short 30 second periods of rest. Burn more calories in a short amount of time, build muscle, lose weight, get shredded! 30 minutes. You’ve got this!

 

Krankcycle® The Kranking Training System is the first exercise program to focus on upper body as a way to build cardio fitness. Kranking provides a new way to build aerobic capacity, upper body strength, and core stability while burning 9-11 calories a minute! Since it utilizes the upper body instead of legs, it represents a unique cross training opportunity for all fitness levels.

Line Dance incorporates the latest basic urban line dance steps. All levels welcome.

Mixxedfit® is a dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning.

Mix Moves Gets you moving with energizing low-impact cardio. Work with hand-held weights and exercise tubing to improve balance and coordination. Ideal for beginners and senior.

Power Step is a step program designed to push your cardio edge into high gear and attack the legs in every plane of motion, both on the step and on the floor. POWER STEP strengthens the heart, increases bone mineral density, improves coordination, and tones the lower body, with every step you take.

REV Revolution is a 60-minute cycling program tailor-made for anyone who can ride a bike. Ride over hills, sprint in the flats, break away from the peloton, and do interval training. Revolution matches proven riding principles and music to resistance levels, riding speeds and positions to maximize cardio training while having fun.

Revive Cardio is a choreographed Hi/Low cardio class that consists of a warm-up, workout, and abdominal strength exercises. Group Cycle

Step and Sculpt is a cardio workout that uses a heightadjustable step and simple movements mixed with resistance training.

SilverSneakers® Circuit An easy-to-follow cardio circuit class for students who desire an advanced Silver Sneakers workout. It offers a blend of standing non-impact choreography to increase cardiovascular endurance, alternated with strength work with weights, elastic tubing and a ball to increase muscular endurance.

WAR is more than just a class it’s a way of life. WAR makes a full attack on obesity and inactivity. It gets you off the couch, out of your office, and into an exhilarating total body workout where a fusion of martial arts meets chart-topping music. Lace up and be prepared to kick fat cells in the gut, knockout stress, and win the war on gaining strength, heart-lung function, and flexibility.

Zumba® Fitness uses exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.

Zumba Gold® It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Zumba Toning® combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

Barbell Pump is a total body strength workout utilizing barbell weights for people of all ages. Routines cater to all fitness levels with traditional and non-traditional athletic movements.

BODYPUMP™ is the original LES MILLS™ barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body.

Circuit is an interval class that will target all of the major muscle groups and include bursts of cardio.

CXWORX focuses on the torso and core muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body.

M.O.V.E. will get your heart pumping & support you in strengthening your body. This class includes cardio, weight and core work to provide an amazing, full body workout.

RIP is a barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

SilverSneakers® Classic includes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Total Toning is a class using a variety of equipment to help you strengthen and tone your whole body.

Active Older Adults Cardio/Strength is a low impact aerobics, resistance training and light weights for strength and stability.

BODYVIVE™ is a low impact full body workout that offers the perfect mix of strength, cardio & core work. This is for the ideal cross-training workout for busy women on the go.

BOOT is a 60-minute fusion of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Training that changes you!

Cardio/Strength Intervals is a mixture of cardio and resistance exercises to build strength and develop definition in the body.

CSC-Cardio Strength Circuit will allow you to work upper and lower body while keeping your heart rate up. Look to burn lots of calories and challenge yourself in this fun class.

(H.I.I.T) High Intensity Interval Training is a high intensity interval class geared men and women looking to challenge their fitness stamina.

FIERCE is a class that takes cardio training and adds functional, resistance training and core exercises to provide an amazing, full-body workout.

Low Impact/Abs is a class that is designed to get you up and moving using a combination of some basic aerobic movements mixed in with workouts to target your core.

Low-Impact Cardio Strength is a low-impact, fat-burning workout that is easy on your joints.

Quik Kick is a fast-paced aerobic class which includes kickboxing, martial arts, and athletic elements that will tone and tighten your entire body. You’ll strengthen your upper body, lower body, and your core while burning a ton of calories.

SilverSneakers® Circuit combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM) includes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Step Interval combines cardio and strength into one challenging workout.

Ultimate Combo combines all your favorites: Step, Hi/lo, and Body Sculpting using a variety of creative choreography. This ultimate workout is for all fitness.

Ultimate Strength & Cardio (USC) is an interval workout for muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular systems that focus on functional training utilizing weights, body weights and variable resistance.

Active Older Adult Tai Chi improves strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility through a series of continuous flowing movements modifies from traditional Tai Chi. Recommended by the CDC as one of the proven exercisebased interventions for prevention of falls.

Barre Fusion athletic blend of Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and so much more. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge to all levels of participants.

Barre Pilates is a total body standing low-impact workout based on Pilates principles. It utilizes a ballet style bar for balance and postural alignment assistance.

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

Chair Pilates is a chair based Pilates class that is designed to help with balance, core strength, and flexibility.

Delay the Disease is a fitness program designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. Participants can start at any time but pre-registration is recommended.

Functional Moves blends yoga and Pilates to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living to improve balance and coordination. Ideal for beginners and seniors!

Moving for Better Balance is a Tai Chi class that helps older adults improve their balance and reduce their chances of falling. The class teaches participants balance skills and good body alignment be using coordinated and flowing movements.

Pilates works on the body’s core, the center of our “powerhouse” (hips to shoulders). A strong core relates to a healthy low back, better posture and more functional movement patterns.

Pilates Fusion Come challenge yourself with the Pilates Circle, stability ball, and hand weights to all of your favorite Pilates moves. You will increase strength, core stability, and balance.

Pilates Plus is a mat-based Pilates class that utilizes various props such as bands, straps, balls, rings, light weights, rollers, or towels. Props are used to help facilitate core strength, balance, stretch and symmetry.

Pilates Studio Walk combines two-miles of walking and upper body strength training. It utilizes light hand weights and resistance bands to increase heart rate and achieve toning results. Chair Pilates is

Power Yoga is a flowing and intense style. Power yoga incorporates a series of poses to improve strength and flexibility. You can expect music and the routine to be rhythmic. (Coming soon!)

Restorative Yoga is a great complement to active exercise. This class is relaxing and great for relaxing muscles. Using props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets, you are eased into poses to hold for extended periods of time.

SilverSneakers® YOGA Moves your body through a complete series of seated and standing poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.

Tai Chi is a movement class that benefits health and promotes stress management, posture, and balance.

Yoga is inspiring, energizing and calming. Breathing and relaxation exercise techniques form a complete mind and body workout.

Yogalates is a dynamic blend of Yoga & Pilates movements that increases strength, core stability, and agility.

Yoga Ball these core exercises on the ball help strengthen core muscles including the hard to get to muscles *(such as the TVA and erector spinae). They also improve balance and overall coordination.

Yoga Sculpt are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice, while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added creating resistance and intensifying each pose.

Aquacise Low-impact aerobic workout that increases muscular tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

Aqua Boot Camp Cardio and Strength workout that combines high intensity drills using both shallow and deep water workouts.

Aqua Choice Moderately high aerobics workout without traumatic impact to the joints. Instructor will try a variety of different aerobics workouts. No swimming experience required.

Aqua Joints is the perfect combination of flexibility and resistance to build strength and increase muscle tone. This class helps to improve flexibility and improve muscle or joint pains.

Aqua Jolt is a high intensity, total body workout that has minimal impact on bone joints. This class will incorporate plyometric movements such as sprinting, jumping and hopping. (Coming soon!)

Aqua Fit works all major muscle groups with these dynamic exercises. Increase your calorie burn and build lean muscle.

Aqua Variety is a cardiovascular workout that is a combination of different aqua programs.

Aqua Zumba Uses dance and fitness moves to the background of fun, upbeat music.

Deep Water Pilates develops increased cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, and flexibility with no impact on your joints. A variety of buoyancy aids will be used. You must be comfortable in deep water.

Deep Water Workout Uses water belts to create a high intensity workout with no impact.

Master Swim Swimming is an excellent form of exercise. The master’s swim program is a great opportunity to build endurance, improve swimming skills, and enhance stroke technique.

OWLS Older, Wiser, Livelier, Swimmers is a volunteer class that is a fun lively workout that increases cardiovascular endurance

SilverSneakers® Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning.

Kids on the Move is a fun-filled exercise class designed for 8-13 year olds using games and drills to get your children comfortable with cardiovascular and strength exercises. Parents are asked to sign children into this class with the instructor.

Zumba Kids® is a programming featuring age appropriate music and moves that gets kids 8-13 years old moving to the beat.
