Small group training that meets twice a week to work on personal goals in a group setting. Design is to help improve all the key areas of functional fitness, including strength, posture, balance, as well as achieving a healthy weight by utilizing different equipment. 

Held September 14-October 7 on Monday & Wednesday: 10:35-11:35 am

Ages: 15-99yrs
