The YMCA Adventure Guides program (www.omahayguides.org) focuses on fostering companionship between parents and children. With a strong emphasis on family, the program also allows participants to experience nature, meet other children and parents and, of course, have loads of fun! YMCA Adventure Guides events are designed primarily for children aged 5-12, however everyone is always welcome to attend. The program is set up to have monthly events that follow the school year.

Real family fun awaits you in the YMCA’s Family Adventure Center. Watch as your kids create endless adventures in the “Apollo Space Capsule” and the other motion components of this exciting yet safe play structure. The YMCA Family Adventure Center is also equipped with accessible transfer stations which provide access for children of all abilities and meets the intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Classes designed for parents and children to work out together. A combination of traditional and non-traditional work outs to make the time fun and exciting. Come as a family and get fit together.
